Since we are a Federal Firearms License holder, you will feel comfortable knowing that your firearms will be sold legally.  Before you consign your firearms to sell, make sure the consignee is selling your guns legally! 

All firearms are sold following federal firearms and state laws, and we have access to the NICS database so same day background checks are available. To purchase handguns a permit is required, long guns can be purchased without a permit as long as a background check is preformed and all out of state purchases must be sent to a qualified FFL dealer. No permit is required for antique firearms.

We have had huge success auctioning firearms, either selling at market value or above.  CAG offers professional-look multiple photographs per lot cataloged with full descriptions, live bidding via the Internet, in-house, phone and absentee. With all bidding options available, CAG has an average representation of 44 states & 5 countries along with a full gallery of in-house bidders, and these numbers are growing with every auction. Firearms are advertised regionally and nationally in industry newspapers, on numerous websites and, of course, locally in print.  CAG also utilizes targeted marketing by  sending emails blasts and mailing fliers. Cady Auction can also act as your firearms transfer agent if you purchase a firearm from another source.  Just let us know where and when the firearm will be shipped to us, and we will preform the transfer for a $30 fee.
